Due to flexibility and rapidity at final electrical tests we created our own test system. This implicates the following benefits:

- Universal Frequency Counter 225MHz/3GHz
- Sourcemeter 0-1100VDC
- LCR Meter
- 48+ digital I/O channel
- Connectors for USB and RS232

- Software development by Agilent VEE
